Vegan Oat Brownie

Ingredients

2 cups of coconut milk

1/2 cup maple syrup

1/3 cup peanut butter

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 cups of rolled oats

1/4 cup cocoa

1 tablespoon flax pinch of salt

1/3 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Add all the wet ingredients to a bowl. Then add the dry ingredients. Mix and then add the chocolate chips. Mix.
  3. Pour into a baking pan and bake for 40 minutes.
  4. Enjoy! Store in the fridge and reheat when you want to eat!
