Apple & Carrot Juice

Ingredients for 8 oz / 236 ml carrot/apple juice:

3-4 organic carrots
2 apples

Wash the carrots. Do not peel them. Cut the ends of the carrots.
Wash the apples and remove the stem. Cut the apples and leave out the core and seeds.

Introduce them to the juice extractor and voila!

Tip: You do not need to add sugar or honey
