It contains 92 of the 116 known minerals (including Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium, Sodium and Zinc), Vitamins A, B, C and E. Thirty grams (65 ml) of wheatgrass juice contains many more Vitamins and Minerals than 1 kg of fresh vegetables and contains all the essential vitamins and minerals for men.
