Lemon and Ginger Tea Tibicos
Lemongrass Ginger Tibicos from Love Probiotics is a natural fizzy drink made with organic lemon tea and Guatemalan ginger. Tibicos, also known as water kefir, is a "SCOBY" (a "symbiotic community of bacteria and yeast"), which is derived from the fruits of cacti in southern Mexico. Tibicos is an excellent natural digestive aid, with many similar benefits to kombucha. A defining characteristic of tibicos is their ability to strengthen hair and nails, and improve skin complexion.
