Descripción

To make Berdié Amor, only traditional varieties have been used: Macabeo, Xarel lo and Parellada plus the Mediterranean Garnacha. Each of these grapes is vinified separately with controlled temperatures, then the coupage is carried out, the combination with the appropriate proportion of each of the varieties, to achieve the personal line of this cava. With the second fermentation in the bottle, we will achieve the foam intake according to the traditional method, to finish with an aging of more than 15 months in the underground cellar.

TASTING NOTE

Visual Phase: Elegant, very pale and subtle pink color.

Olfactory Phase: Intense nose, highlighting white fruits (apple, pear), red fruit background (raspberry, strawberry) and marked citrus sparkles (mandarin, orange). Milky and yeast notes give it creaminess; and the hibiscus flower and allspice give it character, personality and great subtlety.

Tasting Phase: On the palate it is very fresh, broad, elegant and original, with a very pleasant acidity that melts, leaving sensations of creaminess with flashes of red fruits and sensations of a candy cloud.

Varieties: Macabeo, Xarel lo, Parellada and Garnacha.

Aging: from 15 to 27 months - reserve -

Alcohol: +/- 11.5%

Tasting notes: apple, pear, raspberry, citrus, hibiscus flower, dry.

Pairing : Salads, shellfish, fish, white meat and pasta.
