Recipe: Broccolini with Garlic

Broccolini with Garlic Recipe

An easy and delicious recipe that you can make in just 10 minutes.

Serves: 4-6 servings

  • 1 lb broccolini
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves , finely sliced
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • ½ cup of water
  • ½ teaspoon red chili flakes (optional)
  • Lemon wedges to serve (optional)


  1. Rinse the broccolini under water and cut off ½ inch of the stems.
  2. In a skillet, heat the oil and sauté the broccolini for 5-7 minutes until the green color is vibrant and the tips are slightly charred.
  3. Add the garlic, salt, and red chili flakes (optional) and stir for 30 seconds until the garlic releases its aroma.
  4. Add water, cover and cook for 1-2 minutes until broccolini is vibrant green and crisp.
  5. Serve immediately with the lemon (optional)
