Broccolini with Garlic Recipe
An easy and delicious recipe that you can make in just 10 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 lb broccolini
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves , finely sliced
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- ½ cup of water
- ½ teaspoon red chili flakes (optional)
- Lemon wedges to serve (optional)
Procedure
- Rinse the broccolini under water and cut off ½ inch of the stems.
- In a skillet, heat the oil and sauté the broccolini for 5-7 minutes until the green color is vibrant and the tips are slightly charred.
- Add the garlic, salt, and red chili flakes (optional) and stir for 30 seconds until the garlic releases its aroma.
- Add water, cover and cook for 1-2 minutes until broccolini is vibrant green and crisp.
- Serve immediately with the lemon (optional)
