    Preparation

    1. Clean the bunch of macuy and separate the leaves from the stem.
    2. Chop the macuy leaves to the desired size, if you prefer they can be left whole.
    3. Chop the onion, tomato and coriander.
    4. In a pot place water until it boils and add the chopped vegetables.
    5. Add the macuy leaves and season with the broth.
    6. Let cook for approximately 20 minutes and taste.
    7. This herb combines perfectly with egg, so if you wish you can add this complement to the broth.
