Recipe: Macuy Broth

Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of macuy
- 1 tomato , chopped
- 1 bunch cilantro , chopped
- 1 onion , chopped
- 1 vegan bouillon cube
Preparation
- Clean the bunch of macuy and separate the leaves from the stem.
- Chop the macuy leaves to the desired size, if you prefer they can be left whole.
- Chop the onion, tomato and coriander.
- In a pot place water until it boils and add the chopped vegetables.
- Add the macuy leaves and season with the broth.
- Let cook for approximately 20 minutes and taste.
- This herb combines perfectly with egg, so if you wish you can add this complement to the broth.
