Recipe: Organic Soy Milk
Soy Milk Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of soybeans
- 6 cups of water
Preparation
- Leave soaking the soybeans in water overnight.
- The next day, rub the soybeans between your hands to remove the sticky husk that covers the beans. Pour water so that the shells float and strain the water with the shells. Repeat this process 3-4 times until the grains don't feel sticky.
- Bring 2-3 cups of water to a boil. Add the soybeans and cook over low heat for 15 minutes. Strain.
- Blend 1 cup of cooked soybeans with 1-2 cups of water until smooth.
- Mix with a sweetener such as honey or brown sugar, spices such as cinnamon powder, or seeds such as toasted sesame seeds.
