Tortilla Soup

Exquisite tortilla soup... well, a mixture of tortilla soup with Tlalpeño broth, the perfect combination!!! xd


- 1 lb chicken

- 4 roasted tomatoes

- 2 small roasted onions

- 2 roasted garlic cloves

- 1 roasted chili pepper

- 3 diced onions

- 5 diced potatoes

- chopped cilantro

- 6 yellow comalote tortillas

-1 chopped onion, it can be white or purple

- 2 avocados

- handmade cow cream

- 2 chipotle chiles

- 1 can of cooked chickpeas


1) Cook the chicken in salted water in a pot.

2) on a griddle roast the tomatoes, onions, garlic, and chile pepper. At the end, peel the tomatoes and the chili pepper. Add chipotle pepper and put them in the food processor until it is discarded.

3) When the chicken is cooked, remove and add the potatoes, carrots, chickpeas and cook. Add the tomato sauce and see calculating how spicy you want it.

4) Depends the chicken.

5) Chop the coriander and onion.

6) The tortillas must be cut into strips and spread with a little olive oil. Put them in the Air Fryer for 20 min at 210° or until they are crunchy. You can also put them in the oven at 150°.

7) Serve accompanied by rice and all the complete ones.
