Asian style chicken with vegetables

1 Carrot cut into half moons

1 lb organic chicken pieces

1 julienned white onion

2 Bok Choi in pieces

1 Chile bell pepper julienned

2 chopped chive stems

2 celery stalks in pieces

1 tsp fish sauce

1 tsp oyster sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce

chopped coriander

2 minced garlic cloves

salt and pepper


Before starting all the ingredients must be ready to be added to the pan or wok.

1. Add the onion and garlic.

2. When the onion changes color, add the chicken and seal it.

3. Then the chili pepper is added.

4. Followed by adding the carrot and celery.

5. Then add the sauces, chives and coriander.

6. You move for about 10 minutes and remove from the fire.

Tip: The key to making this dish amazing is to leave the vegetables crunchy.

Tip: You can accompany with white rice or Chinese noodles.

Tip: You can add toasted sesame seeds and fresh cilantro when serving.
